Notice is hereby given that the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba) Inc. will be held at the Victoria Inn, located at 1808 Wellington, Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 14 and 15, 2017. The activities will commence at 08:30 hours on Saturday October 14 and will conclude at 12:00 hours on October 15.
The Awards Dinner will be held at the Victoria Inn, Winnipeg on Saturday, October 14, 2017 with events commencing at 18:30 hours (6:30 PM).
All Chairpersons of a Squadron Sponsoring Committee are urged to attend this year's Annual General Meeting on Sunday October 15th and to arrange, at minimum, for the attendance of:
- Your Treasurer;
- Your Commanding Officer; and
- Your Senior Cadet (up to two).
As well, members of your Squadron Sponsoring Committee, your Squadron's Officers, and members of your Sponsor Association are welcome to attend.
Attendance is important as we review our current policies and long term plans. In addition to the Annual Meeting, we are planning sessions that will cover important local issues for all Sponsor Chairs on Saturday, October 14th. As well those members from the squadrons more remote from Winnipeg may be eligable for travel allowances.
Our scholarships and awards will be presented at the annual awards dinner to this year's deserving recipients.
If necessary your Proxy may be given to another member of the Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba) Inc. who is in good standing.
Be a participant and let your voice be heard. Help us in planning the future of the Manitoba Program. An open dialogue with all the members is important to ensure that the Air Cadet Program remains the premier youth movement that it is.
You are requested to register for the 76th Annual General Meeting no later than September 30, 2017. There is a delegate registration fee of $20.00 for the event for individual members and Squadron Sponsoring Committees and Squadron Commanding Officers. The $20.00 delegate registration fee includes the cost of the Saturday Lunch, Afternoon Session, Coffee, Awards Dinner, Sunday Breakfast and Annual General Meeting. For non-participating spouses and guests, there is a per person charge on Saturday of $20.00 for lunch, $50.00 for dinner and on Sunday $20.00 for breakfast. This fee is payable with the registration by cheque or money order made out to the Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba) Inc. Please remit to:

Registration Fees are refundable if notification is received postmarked no later than September 30, 2017.

Box 17000 STN FORCES, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3Y5. Submissions must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2017 and forwarded using the approved formats for Items and Resolutions. Submissions can also be e-mailed to the Secretary ACL (MB) no later than September 30, 2016.
